On July 12th, 2001, 'HANNITY & COLMS' (FNC-TV) interviewed Bob Schulz (CHIARMAN of "WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION") regarding his 12th day of his hunger fast. This was Mr. Schulz' way of protesting the IRS' refusal to send legal tax experts to a public forum ~ ALREADY scheduled for Sept. 18th & 19th in Washington D.C. ~ to explain why citizens ~ living & working within the 50 states ~ are subject to the income tax.
Dan Jones & I (BULLdog Productions) were very unhappy to see how little intelligence &/or sensitivity was being demonstrated by either Hannity or Colms in their truncated five minute interview with Bob Schulz. We decided -right then & there - that we would contact Mr. Schulz ~ go to WASHINGTON D.C. from NEW JERSEY ~ and ~ FAST OR NO FAST ~ video interview Bob, and give him the noble & proper interview he so richly deserved - SO THAT - THE AMERICAN PEOPLE COULD SEE FOR THEMSELVES JUST WHY ONE KNOWLEDGEABLE CITIZEN DECIDED THAT HE HAD TO RISK HIS VERY LIFE TO "SMOKE-OUT THE DECEPTION OF THE INCOME TAX SCAM {{AS IT IS BEING 'MISAPPLIED' TO MOST AMERICANS.)
On July 16th, I personally emailed "WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION" about our 'credentials' to give Mr. Schulz the interview he deserved....By July 17th, Mr. Schulz called me personally to tell me that he thought that this interview should be DOCUMENTED....By the 19th, (the 19th day of his hunger fast), Roland Croteau (Bob's hunger fast 'partner') ~ called me to tell me to "COME ON DOWN" with your partner(Dan Jones) to interview Mr. Schulz.
On July 20th, in the mid-afternoon, Dan & I were on CONSTITUTION AVE in WASHINGTON D.C., when we received the delightful news (via cellphone) that the FAST HAD ENDED! The IRS had acquiesced to the sending of a legal tax expert group to the September open forum. {{THIS WAS TAX HISTORY, FOLKS!!!}} This was the first time that the government was "exposing itself" to the answering of questions regarding the law that REQUIRES most citizens to file & pay an income tax.
Needless to say, I conducted well over an hour's interview with Mr. Schulz, who ~ after having taken a little coconut soup & cranbury juice ~ did not skip a beat in fielding my twenty four questions ~ AND THEM SOME!!!! All this was done ~ just a stone's throw from the IRS BUILDING and under the shade of a tree while in the shadow of THE WASHINGTON MONUMENT. [I FELT HISTORY WAS BEING WITNESSED BY THE SPIRIT as we all bore witness to the truth of the income tax scam!!!]
Mr. Jones was asiduously taping all of the proceedings which will be subsequently distributed (after professional editing) ~ so all Americans will have a golden opportunity to see just why they may NOT be liable to the income tax!

"PRESUMPTION OF CORRECTNESS": This was the phrase that Victoria Osbourne[sp?] (an X-IRS employer) used at the NATIONAL PRESS CONFERENCE, as one of the several speakers, including Bob Schulz, April 8th, 2002,at 1PM.
What this "harmless" phrase does - IS - pervert our sytem of justic, and allows innocent men and women to go to jail without even being able to prove their innocence.
PRESUMPTION OF CORRECTNESS means that the IRS is presumed to be correct (not commiting fraud) when they go to court to show that a person's INDIVIDUAL MASTER FILE contains information that reflects that the "taxpayer" is a "wrong-doer" WHEN - IN FACT - to prove his/her innocence, one would need to challenge the IRS's PRESUMPTION OF CORRECTNESS; this creates a 'catch-22" in justice---and it is this situation that MUST BE RECTIFIED - IMMEDIATELY!!!
